Age of conan early access patch 15GB!
I don’t know what this is. No word from Funcom as of yet..

I had to re-install the game since I got this error. I am sure there is a better way but I wasn’t in the mood to fiddle with it. If anyone knows of the fix please let me know.

Thanks to one of my readers for the tip!
I don’t have the EA myself, but from what I read in my servers irc channel, you see that error when you extract the patcher (this one I assume: http://aoc-eu-control.live.ageofconan.com/upm/AoCLiveEU/PatcherSetup.exe)
in the wrong folder.
Supposedly when you extract the patcher in the age of conan folder it will work correctly.

I just bought age of conan and whenever I ran the game after installing it had the message ‘Fatal Error: failed to download patch.’ Do u have any idea how to fix this or do I just need to reinstall and keep my fingers crossed?

Hey Johnson_796. I believe the patch servers are down. Try again at 10pm EST.
