Hey everyone,

Part of my duties as a webmaster is exchanging links, building links, building relationships and most importantly keeping the reader interested. I hopefully have accomplished the goal so far and wish to thank all of you have regularly read my age of conan fansite.

I bring to you a monthly feature hopefully that will generate interest for many sites and perhaps for my own.

It will be called the monthly age of conan fansite listings. So far I have noticed the following sites who regularly visit my site or that I believe are offering something completely different than my blog.

You offer something definately I do not haha. An age of conan fansite in Hungarian. For those of you who can’t read Hungarian Huma offers very high quality content (images, pictures and videos) regardless of language. I suggest you check out the site as well as it is top notch.

Andrew runs an age of conan blog as well. However what he writes about is much different than what I do. I believe that his site is very complimentary to mine. He usually catches what I miss so it is an excellent resource!

I met Marz on the age of conan forums as we were both struggling to get interest in our respective sites. We exchanged contact information and the rest was history. Think myspace but for age of conan. This site has a ton of potential and can be one of the key destinations for socializing with and meeting fellow age of conan players. If Age of Conan reaches it large potential as I believe it can then this site is something to be a part of.

Hello everyone,

Today in my age of conan fansite. I will be showing quickly perhaps a raid boss that I encountered in the eglophian mountains.

It pretty much 1 shot me. That smoke thing is one of his attacks. It is located in the northwest in the eglophian mountains. I believe it is called Yakhmar’s cave for those of you interested.

Today in my Age of conan fansite I will be discussing some interesting events in age of conan. Also more random topics.

1). Apparently GM’s don’t care too much if a spawn camp occurs.

Quite interesting as probably it depends which GM you get and how pissed off they are. I know it was a big deal on the Tyranny PvP server as you could get banned for a few hours. Perhaps it has calmed down since then.

2). In other news the petition system in age of conan is ridiculous. It took me 14 hours to get into the top 30 for the queue ( I was signed off..trust me I wouldn’t wait that long) Then poof like a Houdini act I have no idea where the petition went. No email nothing. Funcom definately needs to get their act together on that one. I’m sure most of you have had some awful experience with LolCom’s GM service.

3). Beware of having too much gold on your account. Funcom has been banning numerous guild masters who collect gold for their guild. So those of you who are “banks” for your guild be careful as you will get some seriously pissed off guild mates.

4). I do not think classes will be balanced in this game. I think for the sake of group PvP and warfare that there will be no 1 man wrecking crews with the pocket healers in this game. Instead you will have to work together as a group to complete tasks. PvP will be balanced around grouping.

5). Tired of your character looking like the same since level 10? Well here is some news from Athelan a moderator on the official AoC forums.

Anyway to cut to the chase I took your guys concerns and shot an email to Ole Herbjornsen our Lead Designer to ask about Itemization. Ole came back with some very encouraging news. They are going to put blue loot on bosses in the outdoor playfields now and not only on bosses in instances. In addition 3 sets of epic armours for each class (for a total of 36) will allow the item designers to move more of the unique stuff down to lower tiers and over from purple and blue towards green.

The gfx artists will also produce a lot of extra weapons which will further increase the visual variety. He expects these things to be coming into the game within the next week or two.

Hey everyone,

Today some age of conan news. I have some new items to showcase for bear shaman fans(the pickings are slim). Also a tip for everyone in the Eiglophian mountains Raven quest.

So here is the Two Handed mace most bear shamans can look forward to at 50.

Also I forgot to showcase this buff for most of you. It is pretty much a warrior battle cry. 3% bonus damage to group and 160 health. 60 Second cool down and lasts 30 seconds. That is pretty sweet.

For those of you in the Eiglophian mountains doing the Path of the Raven quest. Here is a tip some of you could perhaps use. Before you go out and waste your time make sure you have 3 black feathers. He gives them to you by selecting the second option. Hope that helps.

Hey everyone,

Quick update again on my age of conan blog. Looks like at least half of what I mentioned earlier is fixed.

1. Guild chat is now green like in WoW instead of that awful purple.
2. Power level exploit in age of conan fixed
3. Bear Shaman’s now get the proper spells(Since I’m 46 doesn’t matter to me is it’s not reflected right away =/)
4. Field of the dead is no longer 2 fps
5. Traders still down!
